Two ways we work together.
Both have a fixed scope. Both are billed against deliverables, not hours. Both come with a guarantee in writing – and the right to walk away.
What a close-rate lift is worth.
Set the sliders to your numbers and see how much added revenue a higher close rate would bring your business each year.
The Sprint's goal is to take a sales team to a 35%+ close rate – with a written guarantee. We'll go over your numbers on a discovery call.
Book a discovery call →The B2B Sales Sprint.
Take your B2B sales team from a 20% close rate to 35%+ in eight weeks. Without hiring new reps. Without new tools. Without you running the engagement.
This is built for you if
- +You have 2–10 sales reps, or you're personally the Head of Sales by default.
- +Your B2B close rate sits in the 15–25% range and feels stuck there.
- +You sell deals in the €10k–€300k band, with cycles of 2–12 weeks.
- +Your team is good on product but freezes on negotiation, follow-up, and closing.
This is not built for you if
- –You want me to run paid ads or "do your marketing".
- –You're hoping for a generic webinar-style sales training.
- –You're not personally willing to be in the weekly revenue meeting.
- –You'd rather hire a fractional CRO who's never personally closed a real deal.
What you get over eight weeks
Full sales-process diagnostic
A line-by-line read of your last 50 closed and lost deals, plus shadowing 10 live calls. You'll see where you actually lose deals – usually not where you think.
Custom B2B sales playbook
Qualification, discovery, objection handling and follow-up cadence – written specifically for your product, your buyers and your sales motion. The team uses this, not a binder on a shelf.
Live coaching on 10+ real sales calls
In-the-moment debriefs after each call. No role-play, no whiteboard theatre – just feedback applied to deals already in your pipeline.
Weekly 1:1 coaching for every rep
Four weeks. Each rep gets one focused hour with me to work the deals on their own desk.
Pipeline-by-source close-rate analysis
A simple dashboard that finally tells you which lead source is paying you back and which is bleeding margin.
Weekly revenue meeting, facilitated
For four weeks I run your revenue meeting. Then you get the template – agenda, scorecard, rep questions – and you keep running it.
Bonuses included
The €265k Deal Anatomy
A written, blow-by-blow breakdown of the largest deal I've personally closed – what the buyer asked, what I said back, what almost killed it, what saved it.
30-day post-Sprint coaching call
One follow-up session, 30 days after the Sprint ends, once you've run the playbook on your own.
LinkedIn outbound template library
Ten tested outbound templates I've personally used, plus a one-page deliverability checklist for the team.
Every Sprint is scoped to your team's size and where your sales motion stands today. After the discovery call you get a fixed, written quote within 48 hours – paid 50% on start, 50% at week 4. EUR, ex-VAT.
If after week 4 your team isn't operating from a written sales playbook they actually use, I refund 50% – no questions. If the playbook is in use but the close rate hasn't moved by week 8, I add four more weeks at no charge.
Week-by-week
Diagnostic
I read the last 50 deals, sit on 10 live calls, and interview every rep individually. By end of week 2 you have the diagnostic on your desk.
Playbook + first lift
We write the playbook together and roll it out. The team uses it on live deals immediately. First weekly revenue meeting facilitated.
Coaching at depth
1:1 coaching with every rep, live-call feedback, objection-handling drills against real deals in pipeline. Close rate starts to move.
Handover
Pipeline dashboard live. Revenue meeting template handed off. Final scorecard against the close-rate goal. We exit – or, on request, transition to the Operator.
The Embedded Revenue Operator.
For B2B founders in the €1–10M range who are still the de-facto Head of Revenue: I take that role off your shoulders one day a week. You stop being the bottleneck. Revenue grows without you.
This is built for you if
- +You're the founder/CEO and still personally close the biggest deals.
- +You have a sales team but no senior sales leader above them.
- +Hiring a full-time CRO is premature, but going another year founder-led is dangerous.
- +You'd rather pay senior money for one day a week than junior money for five.
This is not built for you if
- –You want a placeholder you can ignore for 5 months and review at month 6.
- –You aren't ready to give an outside operator authority over the revenue meeting.
- –You're under €1M revenue – the Sprint is the better starting point.
- –You want a coach, not an operator. This is a seat, not advice.
What a typical month looks like
One day a week, in the seat
Pipeline review, deal coaching, weekly revenue meeting, rep 1:1s. You stop running the sales motion. I do.
Personal closing of strategic deals
1–2 deals per quarter where I'm in the room as the closer, not as an advisor. Useful when a deal needs senior weight that you no longer have time to bring.
Sales hiring & onboarding
I write the JD, run the interviews, and onboard the rep. You save the recruiter fee, and the rep starts in your written playbook from day one.
Monthly pricing & packaging review
One structured session a month on what to charge, how to package, and where your reps are leaving money on the table.
Real-time deal escalation
Slack or WhatsApp. When a rep is in the middle of a deal that's slipping, I'm in the thread within the hour.
Founding-client bonuses · first three only
B2B Sales Sprint – month one, included
The full Sprint folded into your first month, at no extra fee. We start the engagement with the playbook already being written.
Four founder coaching sessions
In your first quarter – one-to-one with me, on the decisions only you can make. Hiring, firing, pricing, where to stop selling.
A flat monthly retainer, scoped to what the Head of Revenue seat demands in your company. Fixed, written quote within 48 hours of the discovery call. Invoiced monthly in advance, EUR, ex-VAT. Six-month minimum – month one fully refundable.
Month one is fully refundable, no questions. If by the end of month one we're not the right fit, I refund the month and we shake hands. The 6-month minimum begins from month two.
A typical engagement
Sprint folded in
The Sprint runs inside month one. Diagnostic, playbook, first revenue meeting. End of month one is the refund decision point.
In the seat
I'm fully embedded one day a week. Running the revenue meeting, coaching reps, sitting in on strategic deals.
Hiring + scale
If headcount is on the plan, I run hiring end-to-end. New reps start in the playbook from day one.
Hand-off or extend
Either we extend the engagement, or we transition you to an internal Head of Sales – and I make the introduction.
Which one fits.
One real conversation first.
Thirty minutes. No slides. By the end of the call we both know whether this is a Sprint, an Operator engagement, or a polite "no, but here's who you should call instead".
