René-Richard Krause

I grow revenue for Estonian B2B founders in the €1–10M range – turning a founder-led sales motion into a team that closes, without new headcount or new tools.

A fractional sales manager who leads your team to a demanding sales target.

Revenue · Sales · Go-to-market

Five years at an Estonian operator with a 600-apartment portfolio – three of them as sales manager and management board member. I grew topline from €1.5M to €5.3M and lifted rep close rates from 20% to 45%+ through coaching and process design – carrying a quota, not advising from the sidelines.

I work in English (C2) and Estonian, and I'll close B2B deals in the €100k–€300k range myself when the engagement calls for it.

Growth that doesn't depend on you. I work with Estonian B2B founders in the €1–10M band who are still the de-facto Head of Sales – and know that's the bottleneck.

– I

Diagnose the sales motion

A line-by-line read of your last fifty deals and a set of live calls, to find where you actually lose business – usually not where you think. You see the real bottleneck before we touch anything.

– II

Build the playbook, coach the team

A written sales playbook the team actually uses, weekly coaching of every rep on live deals, and – when it helps – me sitting in the chair to close one or two strategic deals myself.

– III

Install the operating rhythm

Hiring, onboarding, the weekly revenue meeting, pricing reviews – the cadence that lets revenue grow without you in every deal. An engine you can run after I've gone.

Weeks 1–2 · Diagnosis

Your sales process already works. You just can't see where it leaks.

Before changing anything, I read your real deals and listen to your real calls. By the end of week two you have one page that says where the money is going.

The leak is rarely where you think it is – and almost never the price.

The above shows the shape a diagnosis takes. Yours comes from your own deals and calls – on your desk by the end of week two.

See the two engagements

No decks. No theatre. Inside the company, alongside the leadership.

I carry a quota of my own. If the engagement isn't lifting revenue and leaving you with a team that can close without me, I'm not doing my job.

Most consultants leave you with a deck. I leave you with a team that closes more deals, a written playbook they actually use, and an operating rhythm you can run after I've gone.

Engagements are small, named, and personal. I take on no more than two to three companies at a time. I work in English and Estonian, and I don't pretend to be a firm I'm not.

If a conversation reveals I'm wrong for you, I'll tell you in the first call. That's a feature of the practice, not a bug.

The goal · six months

Same revenue, without you.

The question isn't whether you can sell – you can, which is exactly why everything runs through you. The question is what happens when you're away for two weeks.

Month 1

The Sprint begins. I write up and present the improvement proposals, and start on the sales playbook.

Month 2

I run the sales meeting. Where the old KPIs don't work, I set the new ones we measure sales by.

Month 3

The team works from the new playbook.

Month 4

You sit in only on the biggest deals – if you want to.

Month 5

New hires start from day one on the playbook.

Month 6

The sales meeting runs without me. The new way of managing sales is embedded in the organisation and carries on without me.

You don't step out of sales. You step out of the bottleneck.

Keep the biggest deals for yourself if you like – the difference is you're doing it because you want to, not because nobody else can.

The above is the goal of the engagement, not a promise of specific numbers. Every company and every founder starts from a different place, so I work from what the client needs rather than fixing one end point for everyone.

A short, honest filter before the first call.

This is for you if
  • +You're the founder or CEO of an Estonian B2B company doing €1–10M in revenue.
  • +You're still the de facto Head of Sales – and you know that's the bottleneck.
  • +You sell complex offerings to other businesses: industrial, distribution, machinery, financial services, B2B services or software.
  • +Or your sales motion is high-volume consumer or transactional retail – that's the playbook I ran from €1.5M to €5.3M.
  • +You want a senior operator in the room, not a quarterly check-in over Zoom.
This is not for you if
  • You're looking for an agency to run paid ads or "do your marketing".
  • You want a sales training course delivered as a webinar.
  • You'd like a fractional CRO who has never personally closed a real deal.

Let's have a real conversation first.

Thirty minutes, no slides, no pitch. We'll know within that call whether we should keep talking.
